Hi
New to the forum.
Have only been to turkey once before and loved it. Olu Deniz.
Am looking to go with friends middle of July.
They have 2 very large teenage boys so looking for advice on best all inclusive.
Think the boys would like a fairly lively hotel but are not into going out on their own yet.
They also like scuba diving.
I have been all in before and know what to expect.
Would like if possible somewhere where you could eat in more than one place in the hotel.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated
I'm afraid its not AI as such, but Lykia World might suit. Its what is called Full Board Plus, which is all your food and wine, beer and soft drinks with meals. But as one food place closes another more or less opens so from about 7am to 9.30 pm you can get food, with the odd half-hour gap.
The thing that Lykia has over other AI's int he area, is three all inclusive restaurants. One at the Club one in the residence and one at the marina. it also has some a la cartes but you ahve to pay a booking fee for these.
You can definatley dive there as my daughter started working towards her PADI there last summer.
If you dont fancy this there are what look like some brilliant AI's in Lara Beach, if you want a hotel based holiday these may suit you as well. There is another thread going on Lara Beach hotels you might wish to read.

i agree with chris ,lykia world is fab, the food is the best ive had. another 1 thats very good and my daughter loved, with a few restaurants is letoonia, but get a hotel room otherwise the bungalows can be quite a hike up stairs unless that doesnt bother you

Apart from the hotels recommended by chris and karen the best A/I are in side, belek, and lara beach.
If you haven't booked yet prices have sky rocketed since xmas.

This year we are heading to the Hemera in side .Again I have researched with teens in mind . There appears to be enough on site to keep them happy including a disco and there are a few more bars and an open air club outside along with side town close by. My teens are happy as long as there are others around to make friends with .It also helps if they are English as they dont tend to speak with those that arn't
If you want to be close to civilisation you could also look at the Aegean dream resort where we stayed last year 15 mins walk from Turgetries . Reviews can be hit n miss outside of the high season but come July /Aug they swich over to an Ultra AI where the food is much better and they have included water sports and plenty going on during the day , all day.
My family are all divers ,accept for me . No problem with diving in Olu and along the bodrum coast .We found a good dive school at the Aegean dream who collect you from the jetty of a morning . The Med coast (side , belek lara beach etc) doesnt appear to be flush with dive schools . so far I have only found one listed with Padi.

We have teenage boys and so far nothing for us or them has beaten the holiday we had at Belcekiz beach hotel in Olu Deniz although I'm still waiting for that good price to visit Lykia world. . There isnt the huge array of facilities at the Belcekiz that you will find at the hotels along the Antayla coast as Mike has mentioned above but it is an excellent quality A/I and what it lacks in facilities more than makes up for in location, extremely friendly with a late night dancing bar , great for teens as there are plenty of them about (English) and with other late bars a few doors away where they all tend to mooch off to afterwards with the animation team for foam parties etc . Reviews are always excellent . have a look This year we are heading to the Hemera in side .Again I have researched with teens in mind .
