I would buy them in Dalaman on entry and exit, But do remember your allowance is only 200 coming home, And on entry into Turkey your allowance is 600, Take anymore than this and you risk losing your whole allowance at customs, Oh and if you do buy them at Dalaman on entry into Turkey you have to supply your passport at the till and they will sell you only 600 + 8x50 gram pouches of hand rolling tobacco + 2 liters of spirits.
