I saw it for the first time last month when I visited an English friend who has a fantastic apartment right next door. It is actually some way from the centre of Sousse, towards Port El Kantaoui and I've read quite a few good reports about it. To be honest the surrounding area didn't look too promising for restaurants etc. and as there doesn't appear to be many other hotels in the area you wouldn't have the option of visiting these if you fancy a change.
