Anyone else going to this hotel 1st 2 weeks in July?
Also, anyone just got back who can give an up to date review and any tips etc.
Thanks
Found reviews for this year below.
hi am going to book this hotel , and want to know which are the best rooms to book. dont want attic or basement rooms (if they do these). Any advice appreciated thanks
We stayed here last May. As a family I knew we were going to get a basements room as that was where they put all the families.
The rooms were very dark and on the small side. We had 4 beds in a room. The rooms contain a fridge and a tv that didnt work. The bathroom on the otherhand was big and had had a huge shower.
The hotel itself was lovely and staff brilliant. Theres the 1 main pool and off that is a pool side bar with a small play area next to it. The resturant for breakfast is big and buffet style. The location of the hotel is good. Its to the outer edge of the resort but as the resort is fairly small its only a 4 min walk to the resort.
Ive heard that the attic rooms are the nicest to have. The rooms will be fine for 2 but or us too small to squeeze in 4.
Have a nice holiday its a lovely resort and nic hotel
was worried about the rooms so booked the sea breeze aparts in hisaronu now and glad we did. thanks for the info though
When we went we also did the truck safari day trip. This was a good day out and you get to see lots of interesting sights and our tour guide was fab. We also did our own trip to Fethtiye, If you get the chance I wouldnt bother as to me it seemed more like a busy town than a resort and lacked any real harbour area or restaurants etc In fact we werent even sure if we were in the right place because it just seemed to lack something.
We going to The Turquoise in 2 weeks and was wondering if any of you guys know if you can upgrade to AI when you arrive if they do this at all(i know next year will be AI).
If we cant do this can anyone give me a rough idea on the prices of food in the hotel just so i know in advance?
Cheers.

Thanks for moving my post, did not see this one already on ooppss!!lol
been on holidays to hisaronu/ ould deniz about 10 times so know the area well. We ve stayed in lots of hotels but not the sea breeze yet. I prefer to stay in Hisaronu rather then ould but go down to the beach alot. I really like Fethyie, yes it is more of a working town but thats just my choice. We also get the dolmus to Calis beach which is also another nice place. thanks for the info
As far as I know the Turquoise Hotel does not do All inclusive. When we stayed there 4 years ago you could only do half board. Or buy four nights half board for the price of three. (something a lot of Olu Hotels do). Its a lovely hotel with spacious grounds, lush gardens and a big swimming pool. Its a the foot of the babadag mountain so has a gorgous backdrop. The rooms are in low rise villa blocks covered in flowers. Its a five minute walk down to the front, a lot longer coming back (uphill) but good for working off those calories!!! and there are plenty of stopping off places along the way.
Thanks for the reply. Were back to Olu Deniz on friday!!
