Hello,

Are these linked with Resort Hoppa?

If so, are they good?

Hi jamz .. I don't really know much about HotelHoppa, other than that they do not seem to be a transfer operator as such. They appear to be simply a UK booking agent for overseas transfer companies and your dealings with them will be limited to the booking process. Your booking and contract will then be passed on to a transfer operator.

I have just booked with hotelhoppa for turkey in June. When my voucher was printed I noticed a mistake and tried to contact them for two days with no luck. I then amended my booking which was paid in full at the time through their amendment site. I still recieved no reply even though it said it would only take 24 hours. Eventually I managed to get through on Tues 19th June 2009 and was told that an e mail with a new amended voucher had been sent to me?. Later that day on checking my e mails there was no sign of a new voucher being sent to me and as yet I have had no reply to any of my e mails and cannot get through on their phone line you listen to music for ages to be told to leave your tel number and someone will get back to you which they dont. I am now going to have to book transfers through another agent and have lost money. Be warned. I am reporting this company to Trading Standards. Very unprofessional.

Hi Pammy,

Well we use to use hotelhoppa quite a bit as an agent but over the last few months, nothing but problems so we have now stopped using them.
Shame really as they use to be quite helpful so i don't know what has changed in the last few months, whatever it is, they are driving business away.

Ones i would recommend are Resorthoppa and A2BTransfers, never get problems with them and generally very good.

Thankyou for the information regarding who you use now for your airport transfers, I will have a look and book tonight. I am sorry that Hotel Hoppa have deteriorated, I heard they were meant to have been good in the past. You would think they would want to keep customers in this climate wouldnt you?

Exactly, you would have thought they would bend over backwards, especially as transfer prices are soo competitive at the moment.

Main issues we had with them was invoicing (allways the wrong amount) and last minute cancellation of transfer services leaving us with little options, quite often, costing our company more money than what the client had paid.

As i say, use to be very good but not sure what has happened to them lately.
