Hi Dag,
Can depend on where you are staying or if you dont mind of walking, you are you are spolit for choice, as we tend not to eat in the same place twice over 3 weeks. Fat mama's is a good place on the tomb of the kings road, along with other good pub style places, although we tend to eat at places from the harbour down. Phifos resturant is good, food plenty of it and reasonably priced, same with via cyprus.
Between these to places, but cannot remember the name, is a fantastic italian resturant. The food there is lovely, all be it a bit pricey, but well worth a visit. Further down and set off the main road, is the pagoda chinese resturant. Guy on the corner hands out tickets and if you take this with you to the resturant, you get a free bottle of wine with your meal, best chinese in pafos in my opinion and we have ate at a few.
Even further down and turning in towards paphos gardens apartments, just after the cafe/kiosk are some nice resturants, which includes an indian resturant. Just by here is Evis's bar, which is reasonably priced and has great entertainment on most nights.
Nearer the harbour is the cafe royale, which is good food, but the portions are not so big, then there cloe's chinese resturant.
As for some of the other harbour eating places, these tend to be expensive and I dont think the food is that good, although a few places by the harbour/shops do good lunchtime snacks, with cheap keo.
Hope this has helped

Hi Again, Thanks Mark And Breezer, Thats Very Helpful, Have Either Of You Tried, "Sienna" Or "The Last Castle", A Friend Of Mine Recommended Them, Apparently The Last Castle Is In The Middle Of Nowhere But He Says Its Worth The Journey, Cheers Dag.

Never tried Sienna.
Viklari (AKA The Last Castle) is very basic fayre, but I'd recommend it to anyone.
Middle of nowhere - you will need a hire car, although the 'road' to it is not a road, it's a track which would no doubt invalidate the insurance. I always go by hire car, the last 100 yards is not good, though. Many prefer to walk it.

More pics on another forum.

Not meant as a criticism, there's no need to start every word with an upper-case letter.
It must be bl**dy hard work! ;)

Viklari - it's close to the start of the Akamas Peninsula.
From Pafos head towards Agios Georgios which is a few miles past Coral Bay. Just before Agios Georgios you'll see a signpost to the right directing you to the Akamas.
Take this right turn - the road is surfaced for a few hundred yards and then becomes a graded dirt track. Follow this road for a mile or so and there's a sharp right turn whch leads down into a valley with a restauarant at the bottom (usually some pigs, goats, etc wandering around as well!)
You actually go past this place and follow the fairly steep track up the other side of the valley until you hit the coastal track again.
Carry on for about another mile and you'll come to a fairly deep dip in the road and a small concrete bridge built over a dry stream bed.
Go over this and immediately to your right you'll see a sign saying 'Viklari'. Take the turn which starts to take you up a fairly steep hill - about half way up there's a right hand fork which drops steeply back to the valley floor - don't take this, as it leads you to the Avgas Gorge (well worth a look later on though).
Keep to the left and you'll see Vilkari at the top of the hill. The last hundred yards or so is quite steep but easily driveable. Follow the road and you'll end up in the car park behind the restaurant.
It's actually advisable to phone ahead and book as the place is popular with the ex-pat community. Certainly you'll need to book if you want a table with a view overlooking Lara Bay. It's best to go by 4 wheel drive as the roads are rough, bumpy and in parts quite steep, although it's not impossible in an ordinary saloon (which some locals use to get there)
Food is basic barbecue, chicken pork, lamb, etc along with salad and potatoes/chips, although it's well cooked, very tasty and there's lots of it.
Enjoy!

You certainly won't get a bus to Viklari.......sorry, it's a case of drive or walk, and I certainly wouldn't recommend the latter.

You could always find someone who has a car and offer to take them there for lunch. It's about 36 Euro's for four.

It's worth having a car if only for a couple of days so you can get away from the main tourist areas - Polis and Latchi are well worth a trip
