We were booked to fly to Orlando via JFK with Delta on 10th October but Delta have cancelled this route as of the 18th September. I have eventually managed to get a refund from Netflights today because the alternative was unsuitable and am rebooked with BA via Gatwick but at nearly £800 extra cost for the 5 of us. Disappointed at the extra cost but as we have already bought park tickets and booked the villa we are just glad to manage to get alternative flights with reasonable timings for us with 3 children. It does make me mad though that they can have my money since November but do not have to offer any compensation for cancelling
