The review states the following:-
the staff were arrogant, dismissive, ignorant, and abusive. they ignore you as you walk past and then make fun of you. this was seen by my own son and caused frustration, anger with in my family. after going to Icmeler for our holidays for the last ten years without any complaints we could not understand why we were being treated like this. they looked on holiday makers with total contempt. as we were unable to move to another location we had to endure this treatment for the whole of the holiday. this was not a holiday, this was a nightmare, moonlight apartments was the holiday from hell
Wow what can I say, this is the first negative review I have seen regarding these apartments anywhere on the web, yes there have been the odd comments regarding occasional noise from the bar, only having a small wardrobe in some of the apartments but normally the reviews are fantastic.
I understand that everyone has their own opinion but we have always found the staff at the Moonlight to be the best, they are extremely helpful, polite and 110% committed to ensuring you have a great holiday, you just need to look at the numbers of people who return year after year, that has to say something.
Nev the manageress is extremely caring and helpful. she runs a tight ship, Savash (Head Barman) is loved by everyone, again he goes out of his way to help, Bobby (Head Waiter) is fantastic with the kids, my daughter spent hours at the bar learning card tricks from him last year.
I'm not connected to the Moonlight except when I go on holiday but thought I had to reply to the review, We return in July for our 7th visit, I will write a full review when I return as I haven't done one since 2006.
