Electrical items should ideally go in your suitcase. I've known travel kettles but not travel toasters! It's not a bad idea though, you can never get a good slice of toast when abroad. It's either warm bread or burnt!

Thank you , will settle just for the kettle if need be nearer the date might even chance sending the apartments an email asking if one can be hired .
Hi. I always take a travel kettle and pack it in the suitcase. Had no problems. I,m surprised if it,s appartments you're going to that they havn't got a kettle in them.
hi i allways take a travel kettle in my suitcase as we cant move without a cuppa in the morning,very cheap in argos and if you cant fit it in on way home leave it there
