my daughter and her friend booked their holiday to turkey via alpharooms on 11th june, i have recieved all vouchers..accommodation, transfers and insurance, and just a flight invoice, they said they would email the flight tickets a week before, we have not recieved them yet, i have been on the phone to them every night since tuesday (they go next tues the 7th) and i keep getting fobbed off, saying they will chase it up, one guy i have just spoke to said he was trawling through thousands of emails trying to find there tickets. They are flying with onur air.
We are panicking now, and dont really know what else to do, if they dont materialize by tomorrow as expected, i asked the guy if they could pick the tickets up at the airport, and he replied, no i dont think so.. they really dont seem to know what they are doing!!
has anyone else had this problem, is there anyone else i can contact apart from alpharooms.
your help would be appreciated

They might have e-tickets for the flight so there isn't an actual ticket to pick up. If they are e-tickets, you just need the booking reference number that Alpharooms can either forward to you via email (the best way so it can be printed) or they can give it to you over the phone. They just need to quote the e-ticket reference number when they check-in as the booking details should be on the system. There's not a lot you can do other than pursue things with Alpharooms. I've used them for hotel bookings in the past and found them to be ok.

i know onur,are now doing ticketless flights,when you book direct,so not sure,if it is the same through alpharooms.
i would definately need to know though,if this is the case in your situation,just for peace of mind.

After the fourth phonecall to alpharooms again yesterday, we finally got through to someone very helpful and the e-tickets were emailed promptly
