My parents have booked with the above holiday company to go to the Isle of Wight, and although I have done a search on here, and on the web, I can't seem to find any information about them.
Has anyone travelled with them? My parents are elderly and have various health problems, and I would like to know if this company is specifically for the older traveller, do they have regular comfort stops, make allowances for the slower walkers, that type of thing?
I haven't voiced my concerns to my parents, as they do not see themselves as elderly, even though they are 78 and 83!!!
Hi madsue ... in which part of the UK is the company (or your parents) based ? All I can see so far is a Manchester based travel agent called Harrison's Travel, which arranges coach holidays as well as all of the other usual bookings for package holidays, cruises, etc.
I have found a website of c and g coaches, based in Cambs which says they are exclusive to Harrison Holidays, so perhaps that is more likely. Trouble is there is nothing else on the site to check, just pictures of their coaches!!!!!!!
Hi if you type in harrison holidays in google it will come up. web site is not fully up and running yet but they are based in kings Lynn area
oops im about 5 years too late
Have to say, my parents went on a couple of holidays with them, and last September my mum and I took a holiday with them to Newquay to see all the wonderful gardens around that area. They were the perfect company to go with, due to my mum's mobility problems. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Still no website though
