I'm afraid both the Black Beauty and Rovers Return have both closed down.

The Black Beauty closed quite some time ago but this is the first season without the Rovers Return. The Rovers was a very successful pub and would have continued to be so but unfortunately the owner Lenny was killed in a motorbike accident in Thailand in November 2008.

thanks for the reply, that is very bad news, and it shook me, we used to have a great laugh in the rovers with lenny and cockney marco, he was'nt that bad for a liverpool supporter, just cant take it in about lenny though, cant imagine salou without all the fun and games in the rovers
