Given the time of year, your options are limited. Somewhere like Tenerife (PDLA) may be worth a look at? Depending on budget, what about Cancun (Mexico)?

Good suggestions ! i had'nt thaught about mexico but i know the canaries might be a good place to try. Do you know if Club 18-30 or escapades still run in december or is it more catered towards families ?

Club 18-30's are more a summer thing up to October, but there's still plenty going on if you went on your own. You can always check on their website for availability. If there's nothing available, the more popular destinations in the Canaries are still vibrant at that time of year. Cancun is an all round destination and is busy with Canadians and Americans around then.
