Every month is hot - obviously some hotter than others.
We wear the same during the day any month we go but for the evenings I wear something on my shoulders after 10pm (ish)in the earlier months.
We don't swim in the sea but most of the hotels have at least one pool that is heated so we can swim all through the year.

hi jenny, we went at easter last year , just for a week, and had good weather, one or two days were quite cloudy and a bit on the cool side, but still got a crackin tan. Evenings were quite chilly, so best to take a cardi, still hotter than than the uk though !!
mind you, as david said, it all depends when easter falls, when we went it was quite early, march I think.
hope this helps,
cheers,
juby

Hi Jenny,
We go to PDLA most easters and always have sunbathing weather even if it's cloudy you will still tan. It can be chilly in the evenings so you will need a jacket and maybe a skirt or trousers , not shorts .
Easter hols for us in Northern England are as follows , school closed on 2nd April and opens 19th.We will fly out on the 2nd till the 16th.
We don't have school kids but hubby works in a school so this is our main holiday as it's too hot in summer.

We were there last Easter and have been in the Canaries every Easter for the past four years.

Daytime: Scorchio in the sunshine :sun Can be cloudy but still warm, and you still need suncream if it's cloudy :no

Evening: Chilly later on, take a cardigan or light jacket  We found Tenerife and Gran Canaria were less chilly in the evenings than Fuerteventura and Lanzarote (probably because Fuerte/Lanza are a lot windier...)

Thanks everyone for your help. The last 2 years we have been to Mallorca just for weekends and found it pleasent but not quite sunbathing, although many English still was doing. I think we might give it a go next year then. We go abroad June and August too but just wanted to fit another main sunbathing holiday in rather than a weekend. Thanks :cheers
