Hi Jenny .. when is Easter next year ? You may find some useful info in our
We wear the same during the day any month we go but for the evenings I wear something on my shoulders after 10pm (ish)in the earlier months.
We don't swim in the sea but most of the hotels have at least one pool that is heated so we can swim all through the year.
mind you, as david said, it all depends when easter falls, when we went it was quite early, march I think.
hope this helps,
cheers,
juby
We go to Tenerife most easter and october, easter nx yr schools close 26march open 13 april in north wales, it is usually warm but with it being early might be chilly even though hotel states heated pool in our experiance they are still very cold.We stayed one yr in Psantiargo area that was hot but very quite, and easter was about the same time as nx yr, playa ls americas is more open if we go i would look at goin 2nd week of the hols that extra time makes a big difference hope this helps anything eles get in touch i will try to answer your questions
We go to PDLA most easters and always have sunbathing weather even if it's cloudy you will still tan. It can be chilly in the evenings so you will need a jacket and maybe a skirt or trousers , not shorts .
Easter hols for us in Northern England are as follows , school closed on 2nd April and opens 19th.We will fly out on the 2nd till the 16th.
We don't have school kids but hubby works in a school so this is our main holiday as it's too hot in summer.
Daytime: Scorchio in the sunshine Can be cloudy but still warm, and you still need suncream if it's cloudy
Evening: Chilly later on, take a cardigan or light jacket We found Tenerife and Gran Canaria were less chilly in the evenings than Fuerteventura and Lanzarote (probably because Fuerte/Lanza are a lot windier...)
Thanks everyone for your help. The last 2 years we have been to Mallorca just for weekends and found it pleasent but not quite sunbathing, although many English still was doing. I think we might give it a go next year then. We go abroad June and August too but just wanted to fit another main sunbathing holiday in rather than a weekend. Thanks
