You could email/ phone your hotel and asking them to arrange a pick-up either?

On arrival at the airport, I presume Sterling can be changed for the Morrocan currency once obtained I am thinking of getting a taxi to our hotel in Agadir, could someone tell us what this would cost as I am struggling to find a private transfer at a reasonable price, I don't want to be ripped off as seems the case with a lot of airport taxis.
