Hello all, came across this helpful website via google. As I have a question I would like some help with!
Me, my husband and children live in Germany (Army) but have UK passports!
We are flying out to Turkey for our 2nd time this year, but this time flying from Germany with our 2 children for 3 weeks.
Now would we just pay the standard $10 GBP for our 90 day tourist visa. Or would it come under something else?
Would appreciate some helpful advice, and be prepared for many many questions from me in the next 5 days!
Stacey!
Hi Stacey, as long as you are on Brit Passports you could arrive in Turkey from anywhere and it is still 10 pounds. Enjoy your holiday.
I also live in Germany and when I go to Turkey I can chose either to pay in pounds or euros(15). Its much better at the moment to pay in pounds due to the high value of the euro.
Thankyou very much for your help, usually we go to UK and fly from there! Do the children still have to have their visa paid for too?
Hi Stacey.Everybody pays for a visa even Baby's.
Thanks for your help everyone, now I can prepare and be organised!
