Hi all just back from thomas cook booked another holiday to benidorm for new year .On booking the hoiliday it was only 15 kg of luggage plus 5kg hand i asked if we could put the 15 plus 5 in the one case so we didnt need to take hand luggage and was told no .She said this is a problem people get mixed up wth and once at airport get charged for being overweight so all in all i took out the extra luggage at 16 pounds per person just so some people are aware .To be honest i thought i could combine the two together 15 plus 5 but to be on the safe side better paying here than being charged at the airport ...
