Thomson reckon it's 4 km from these appartment to Portaventura. Surely this can't be correct looking at google earth? I would say 2 at the most!
We don't mind walking as we used to walk there from the Maritim Princess but 4km seems the wrong distance to me!
I've just used Google Maps to work out a route on foot, and it works it out at just over 4km using a really strange route. What it doesn't do, however, is take you down the steps from the flyover and straight up the hill to the park. Doing this it's about 2km as you suspected.
