More travel firm failures

Cambuslang Travel, formerly of Main Street, Cambuslang, Glasgow has ceased trading.

The company also used the trading name Cambuslang Travel Centres.

It had a branch at Olympia Arcade, East Kilbride, Glasgow.

ABTA member The Package Holiday Company has ceased trading.

The Leeds based company could not meet its future liabilities, the association said.

Retail claims arising from the failure will be handled by CEGA, ABTA's claims handling partner.

Newbury-based agency Windsor & Neate Travel collapsed yesterday.
