I just found out that the Riu Bambu is closed for refurbishements from Mid April 2010 to Mid June, we have been allocated Macao instead.
Reviews look good but is this hotel ok for children, mine are 11 & 8, to be truthful all they need is the pool but dont want to goto a hotel where nobody takes children.
Also not sure about rooms, where do children sleep, are there 2 double beds that are ok in size.
Any help would be appreciated.
Sorry I can't help re the sleeping arrangements as I've never been there but I wouldn't have thought there'd be a problem with them accepting children or you wouldn't have been moved there.
I just wanted to say that a work colleague of mine came back from there last week after a 2 week hol and was really impressed. They've stayed at a Riu hotel in Mexico which they loved but they enjoyed themselves so much at the Palace Macao that they're booking to go again next summer. She said the hotel and area were fantastic.
