I know that the Alcudia Pins is in Playa de Muro and closer to C'an Picafort than Alcudia however it seems to be ticking all the boxes for us as a family. Can anyone advise how suitable the complex is for a 17 year old (just, his holiday will be while we are there) and a 14 year old?

Also we are looking at a 2 bed apartment - is air con in both the bedrooms and the living room?
