1] take a day out in Lefkosia capital of the island [take your passports] and slip over to the northern side of the city for an hour or two
the whole town is full of historic sites and shopping

2]take a drive up the mountains many monasteries to visit and small traditional villages [the real Cyprus]

3]take a day trip to Lemisos the islands second largest town [pick the right time and do the wineries Keo & Sodop]

4] boat trips, water sports can be found in most larger towns [Agia Napa & Protaras]

5] the water park [just north of Agia Napa]

Kavo Greko has some stunning views, a little church, picnic area and lots of people go there swimming when on boat trips.... (between Protaras and Ayia Napa, wont make a full day out but well worth a pit stop)
