Fabulous swimming pool. Its actually two joined by a walk way. Always plenty of sunbeds, mattresses and towels.The pool temperature is warm, good for us oldies!! The reception area and lounge are impressive. Helpful staff and porterage which is nice, saves having to lug cases to your room.
Bad bits
Its a five star hotel and our room certainly wasn't. First night, turned the shower on and a jet of water nearly knocked me over!! There was no shower head! There was a repair to a crack in the bath surround with a piece of mastick the size of a sausage.The hairdryer was efficient but if you had it on too long the handle got very hot.
How to describe the food? Well I would say two star. Coffee machine broke on our second day and remained that way. You could make coffee and tea with hot water which was never hot enough. Hot food was a mystery, no-one knew quite what it was.
Evening meal (buffet) was awful. As we were bed and breakfast we had to pay. They charged 35TL per person and the food was certainly not worth it.The hot food wasn't hot and the cold wasn't really cold. The salad was in the same dishes as it was at breakfast.
Nice cakes but you need a bit more then cakes. They charged for a bottle of water on the table.4TL
The best food to be had was by room service! We did this a couple of nights and it was very nice
I'm afraid this is one hotel we will not be returning to.
