I think you will be very unlucky if it rains for 3 days non stop. Usually get an hour or so at a time, then in between it will still be warm. You could always go ten pin bowling in Olu Deniz, if that's your thing?
You can always shop till you drop.
Was going to suggest shopping too!! Go to the turkish bath, have a pampering day, sample all the cocktails on the menu!!

Take a day trip to somewhere like Ephesus.
Depends who you are going with - if you are going as a couple and it rains, nothing like a romantic walk in the rain hugging and cuddling aaahhhh 
thank you for all your replies, has certainly given me food for thought and lifted my spirits. am going with husband and 17 year old daughter, no chance of cuddling and romance for us unfortunately

When we have been late September and it has rained we head straight to the water park, your going to get wet anyway and there are no queues for the slides.
