i booked a holiday recently for next year that was priced online with TC , i rang TC direct who beat the online price, i was pleased with the price but decided to go in a TA to get a brochure as i had only see it online, i went into the co op travel and she beat the quote i had got and i joined their cashback scheme which was free and will get cashback after ive been on my holiday, so i was very pleased with this result , its worth a try ,incidently directholidays couldnt beat the price i had got either, i was booking 3 rooms, for 6 adults, 1 baby, 1 child and co op played around with the rooms to get the best discount for us, this might have been why they got us such a good price, using the adult only to maximise discounts etc

Give going places a try. Ive just booked with them ( they are owned by TC ). They beat the web price and told us if the local TC shop beat the price they gave us to go back and she would see what she could do.
Got 2 free kids as wel because there was 4 adults going

I've had four,youngest is nearly sixteen,just had my ninth grandchild so please don't be offended but I really have enough,I will probably still go to family hotels though,because I do like kids.Just as well really!!!

Please dont go with direct holidays, ive had nothing but trouble with them they are owned by thomas cook but they would not help me all they said was " we cant help with your booking call direct holidays " in the end they changed my holiday 3 times thomas cook are taking over fully from them very soon so please go into a travel agent and book with them get them to price match the best you can.

Thomas Cook can't price match Direct Holidays, I've had this argument with them already in June. Apparently they can't price match their own companies but the companies (i.e. Direct Holidays) can price match them!

we have just found out that first choice dos the hotel so we are now off to first choice hypermarket who will match the direct holidays thanks
