Thomas Cook are trying to tell me coach transfer from HURGHADA AIRPORT to MARSA ALAM will take 90 minutes....I have plenty of evidence from the internet and have been to 3 other travel agentS ....and have been told by staff it would take 3 to 4 HOURS at least maybe 5 HOURS....I booked in Chester ,whose transfer information comes from Head Office Products dept....they will not let me speak or email or give an address ...only a letter of complaint given to shop ..which can take 28 days for acknowledgement then another 28 days to sort problem .....I have copies of my information ...250km (150 miles) approx.INTERNET..TRAVEL SPEEDS ABROAD EGYPT is motorway driving 56 mph or desert motorway 62 mph....(thomas cook coach would have to travel at 90 to 100 mph) ,,,,,more proof Private Taxi will take 3 HOURS..... I WILL KEEP YOU ALL INFORMED ON RESULT......
The holiday is booked for 5th January ..
