On their site it says that the ATOL Protection Contribution is payable at time of booking, as required by the ATOL scheme. This charge is not shown as a separate charge on the booking screen - maybe it is included under the "charges" amount when you make the booking. I have booked my flight to Dalaman with Globespan next year having had many successful flights with them. Prices were excellent, and I have had no problems in the past.

Cheers . I've used them a few times over the years and no problems at all. They are undergoing a takeover in the near future but I believe it is internal.
