Iam in a really sad mood.My visas have not yet arrived & we are due to fly 1st Nov just cant get any information despite phone calls & email.Does anyone know if there's any way a person can get money back from flight company if the said visa's dont appear soon.
Can't answer your question sadly BUT re Visa, you still have time just keep on to them by phone and e. mail, surely they can't continue ignoring this

Hi Franny, I think we are the first HTers to fly out on the Qatar flight. See you for breakfast! By the way, do you know the flight now goes at 9am and not 8-20?

I would imagine any airline would get out of a refund by saying you should have got your visa before you book your flight or some such reason.
I'm not saying that's right, because we all here know the problems associated with visas, but if anyone can find a loophole it's an airline or tour operator.
BUT, it won't come to that, because, have faith. Your visas will arrive.
