Can anyone confirm that the Demetra Apartments on Artemidos Street in Paphos is still open and post contact details?

there was a report in the "Cyprus Mail" a few weeks back saying that some 60 plus hotels in the Pafos district that normally open all year would be closing in October this year for the winter season due to lack of custom unfortunately a list was not given so it may be one of those
