I have booked a package to Thailand with Trailfinders. We are due to fly next Thursday. I have checked the Tour operators itinerary for our flights and it is correct, however, they have given me an airline reference no. for Amadeus/checkmytrip.com and when I go on line and check my flight details, one flight from Phuket to Bangkok is missing. I rang Trailfinders and they assured me all the flights have been confirmed. Any suggestion on where to go from here? Although we travel a lot I'm a bit of a panicker. The flights are with BMI &Thai Air. I have also posted this on the Airline & flight only topic.

Could it be a different locator number for the second leg? Quite common if not a through ticket or booked with another airline. Have you asked Trailfinders that?
Trailfinders are a very reputable company. I wouldn't worry to much if they have checked the reservations and told you it is OK, but I guess to put your mind at rest you could always call the airline direct and ask them to look at your booking and confirm your flight details.

All sorted. Thai Airways said it's definitely booked and don't know why it's not showing on the system.They took a note of it. I know Trailfinders get good reviews. Happy now and looking forward to a great hol.
