The Goa forum is perhaps like no other on the site. It is often the same questions or topics which turn up week after week. It wouldn't be unusual to see several topics about visas for example, or dozens of topics about a particular hotel. There also seems to be a large input from expats/non-holidaymakers, and many of the topics in the Goa forum should in fact be in other parts of the site, such as Airlines & Airports, General Holiday Enquiries, or ExPats & Owners Abroad.

Here in the Tenerife forum, users tend to search for the info they require and then post any still unanswered questions in the relevant topic, or else start a new topic if they cannot find the info they are looking for. Their questions about airlines or expat issues tend to appear in the relevant forum instead of here in this section.

It's perhaps just a case of different forums, and a different group of members with a different way of doing things. Bear in mind too that Goa and Turkey each have just one forum covering all resorts, whereas Spain because of its popularity as a holiday destination, has 13 forums covering its main resort areas and islands.
