Hi. I have only visited this area once and stayed at the Altin Yunus hotel near Cesme. It was very nice and by the sea which I like. Alacati is a windsurfer's paradise and so of course very windy much of the time. I felt it was rather bleak. There are a couple of hotels on the beach but the old village of Alacati is a few Km's inland. I loved pottering around the village and there are some very quaint hotels. Cesme is a nice town with a castle. Another nice place to visit was nearby Ciftlikoy and the kitesurfing beach. Quite honestly though, I enjoyed my visit but do not have a burning desire to return. The coastline in my opinion is not as beautiful as further south.
