Can any one tell me what san antonio is like in april wanted a cheap girly weekend for our bithdays are the bars open then???

We were in San An Bay last April (Easter) and I would guess that about 1 in 3 bars were open - many were getting a lick of paint for the season.
Nightlife isn't going to be 'kicking' but there should be enough to keep you occupied
None of the 'big' clubs will be open.
