You might find our Hotel Review section useful. There aren't many listed for Dalyan, but those that are might give you some ideas. Dalyan is a wonderful place. It's not your usual touristy resort, but does fit your criteria well and Turtle beach is probably the biggest / best in the area.

Glad you decided on Dalyan, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Not sure if I'm allowed to say on here but Mehtap Hotel has 50 reviews which are excellent on Tripadvisor, it sounds very nice. No one has reviewed it on here yet.
Might be worth a look.

Great choice! Asur is a lovely hotel on the river, & adult only which for me is a big plus.
It's a 10/15 minute walk from centre of town but an enjoyable stroll.
We stayed in the hotel: rooms aren't very big but perfectly adequate. We did see into an apartment ( this is where the families would stay) and they are spacious & gorgeous but are set about 150 yds from the river. Depends whether you want to eat in I suppose. I loved the breakfasts: choice of pancakes/omelettes etc & it's nice to have that laid on during your relaxing holiday
We loved it so much last year we just booked yesterday to go again this year.... Yippee!!
(unheard of for us to do this)
Dalyan is just perfect too (for us!)..... enough shops, plenty of restaurants but not too lively.

Thanks, its decided then..... Asur it is and if the hotel is adults only then thats the one for us (gone are the days of screaming children round the pool even though they were usually mine, lol.)!! Thank you to everyone who offered me their help, you have been great
