Can anyone help me? I recently booked our summer holiday through on the beach {otb} who used goldtrail for the flight section of the holiday. When the initial deposit was paid it was agreed that the baggage allowance was 20kgs hold and 5kgs hand luggage. Around three weeks later when I contacted otb to pay a second instalment I was told the baggage limits were still the same as goldtrail were keeping the baggage limits fixed for the 2010 season. I emailed them two days later asking for confirmation of the agreed limits only to be told that goldtrail had apparently revised their baggage allowance to 15kgs / 5kgs. As my holiday was booked before this revision { Jan 26th I think? but would be grateful if anybody can confirm this } then surely they {otb} are obliged to honour the original baggage limits which were included in the price. I dont want to sound tight fisted but there are eight of us going on this holiday { six of whom are women } so the extra baggage is all important and would be a very expensive extra at the airport. Can you please offer advice on my next move. Thanks in advance for any help or possible solutions offered. W1lls
