Hi guys-not sure if im on the right page so bear with me! Just a quick question so i can get my head straight before i ring the TA-i have booked to go to Florida in may-the payment is due in 2 weeks (only paid deposit), but now one of our party-there were 4 adults booked in 2 rooms-is waiting to go into hospital ,having had a sudden illness. Obviously with this having happened, they are unsure as to go ahead with paying for the holiday, hence being willing to lose the deposit, or change to another date. Basically , what i would like to know is wether it is possible to change the date before paying the balance, or, if they decided to cancel, could myself and OH change our holiday to say a week in the caribbean later on in the year? Sorry if im in the wrong place, but just need to know before i ring TA ansd they start quoting cancellation charges etc. by the way, TA is T City D (not sure if i can name them?!!) Thanks guys!
