is this a one off? If it is, perhaps the sender withdrew the pm before you had a chance to open it. In your email alert it will tell you who the sender is.

Maybe your inbox is full which means that your messages are on hold.

To rectify that, you will need to delete any old messages and once you're done that press the link called "release all messages on hold" to deliver them to your inbox.

The problem is that the PM's are coming through to the old Mikenmarn a/c, which we cannot access, having been locked out with an incorrect password. This comes through on XXXXXXX
Having been excluded from the mikenmarn a/c, another a/c was opened in the name of marn, on XXXXX, which should now be receiving the PM's. Please advise.

Hi marn ... the two accounts are unrelated, you won't be able to access PMs on your new account which have been sent to the old account. If you were experiencing problems with your account, it would have been best to contact Admin for help with that account, rather than create a new one. You should still do that now, by emailing them at holidaytruthadmin@googlemail.com from the email address associated with your old account. Admin should then hopefully be able to re-establish your access to the old account, and close the new one. For your online protection, I will edit your email addresses from the post above.
