Hi All

We have booked our family holiday to stay at the Luca costa Lago Hotel in Torremolinos in August this year for 10 nights, i normally check reviews out first but we got a good deal for August on a All inclusive stay, theyll be me and my husband travelling and our 2 children age 3 and 7. Ive started to look at reviews recently and the reviews arent very good, and im really nervous now :(, Thomson and Firstchoice have said that the hotel is featured new for 2010, so im hoping to see some more reviews soon.

Can anyone off any advice me of the area and any Do's or Donts!

Hi Loobie - as you have already booked, I don't think you have much option but to look forward to your holiday. Remember a lot of reviews are people's personal thoughts. What 's 1 man's 3* is another man's 5*. We stayed at the next resort along from Torremolinos a couple of years ago, at La Carrihuela. We found the area to be perfectly safe & we had no problems walking around the area at night. Don't worry about things that might not happen. You've probably saved hard for your break, so look forward & enjoy it.
