Been loking at this group of hotels in Colakli/Side -
Alba Resort hotel;
Alba Royal hotel;
Alba Queen hotel
Does anyone have any idea which may be best/more suitable for 2 adults and a 9 year old?

May be completely wrong , often am .

Still think the Royal is not for you but the Queen looks nice , with family rooms
I went to Sentido Perissia , so good for my first visit
to Turkey , booked Barut Lara and spa this year.

The Alba Queen is a really really nice hotel i would go for that, no kids can go to the royal and the Alba resort is getting a re firm. We have stopped at the concorde in lara and the alba queen is just as nice. Any questions please ask.
