Am looking to book for dec, but can't recall this place, even though have been to Goa several times.
Depends where you have stayed before so I can tell you where it is.
It is in the area of the Osbourne Hotel, Luma Supermarket, Babuttes and Daytripper head office.
If you know this area stand in front of Daytripper and look across the road to your left. The Tio Carmino is there, almost next door to Snips the large beauty salon.
