Thanks guys. It seems the seats I booked for my me and my girlfriend are above the wing, but it wont let me change the reserved seats online. Will I be able to change them if I phone, or is it too late as the tickets have already come?

Doe anyone know if Thomson have any inflight entertainment on their flights to Turkey this year. We are fkying from Newcastle on Tuesday.
Just wondering if we should take the dvd player or not. 4 and a half hours is a long time to fill in on a plane!

CazzMicknTom,

Thomson Airways are offering inflight entertainment as usual. It's only Thomas Cook that have recently removed IFE from their narrow bodied aircraft fleet.

love2fly,

Welcome onboard :tup
MAN-CUN-MAN (TOM196/7) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find further aircrat information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). As Wizard mentions, BY-TOM-AMM-FCA normally posts the current listing when it's released. The August listing will be released at the beginning of July as it's changed every 2 months. To give you an idea of the things to expect, the current listing is here. You can upgrade to the premium IFE from economy for £5 per seat.

snowdrop1962,

MAN-HOG-MAN (TOM108/9) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find lots of aircraft information including photos and seating plans on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). Seating is personal preference and all offer the same facilites. If you want a window seat, avoid row 9 as there's no window on that row.

Quick question for the experts.

About to book a Thomson Red Sea cruise on 2nd December 10 and cannot decide whether to fly from BHX or BRS.

Are Thomson still using 757's from BRS to SSH?
Are Thomson using 757's or 767's with seat back entertainment to SSH?

Went to Luxor from BHX last year on a 767 and it was really nice compared to the 757 from BRS.

Theres no difference in price or travel time from our place, but I prefer to use a 767

Thanks in advance

garym1308,

The Winter 2010 aircraft schedule hasn't been released as yet. Flights to SSH from BRS and BHX are normally operated by Boeing 757-200's though. The 767's are tied up on long haul duties at that time of year or on Hajj or other leases. Aircraft information is on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). The 757 fleet doesn't have seat back IFE.

Man - Alicante - TOM 2620, Sat 6.25am (think its a 767)
Alicante - Man - TOM 2235, Tues 11.30 (think its a 737)

Many Thanks
