If it hasnt been used i would think its valid,but if you go to universal website theres a valid ticket section under the contact page..not sure you can send a fax from here...

click on tickets...then a sub section comes up click on check usuage/validity...

maybe you could take a picture of ticket and e-mail them..im sure if you e-mail them they will get back to you with some sort of reply have a great trip...

saying there very busy at the moment..looks like Harry Potter going to be worth the expense for them.
