Lanzarote villas

We are thinking of a villa holiday in Lanzarote next March and are looking at various villas,Does anyone have any information on the following villas.villa Aldache,villa Florencia and villa Venecia.all in PDC. all with villa plus. what are they like,are there any pubs,restaurants,shops etc near them.Any info would be great.thank you
