Hi Kay, definately trousers for evening meal. I honestly can't remember about breakfast or lunch.
We really enjoyed our stay there, and the food was good too.

Thank you for your replies Whitewineandsoda and Jceep. I'm really looking forward to staying at this hotel! In the past we've always stayed at child friendly hotels but now my sons are almost 17yrs and 20yrs I want more of an 'adult' hotel! The boys are coming with us year, but they'll be off doing their own thing!

The restaurant and trousers - do you think jeans can be worn, or strictly trousers? I don't mean scruffy, ripped jeans worn half way down mens backsides with boxer shorts showing, I mean smart/casual jeans worn with a shirt!

Thank you.

Kay.

Might be worth a try Kay, and i am sure if they are not, the staff will be very discreet in telling you its not acceptable, but with a shirt jeans can look very smart..if jeans are allowed.. on your return please post.. :tup Have a great holiday.. :sun2

If you've read my post on the previous page, you'll see I went there last summer. Now booked again for a 2 week stay this August! It was absolutely fantastic, and re the jeans wear - Im sure smart jeans would be acceptable, as we did see a few people wearing them at dinner last year and it seemed to not be a problem!
