A hard one ........... we always went half board when the children were younger , the hotels we used had a seperate selection for children and there was plenty of choice , i think alot depends on how much your children eat and drink , maybe you should get the TA to do you a few pricing options for half board , AI and s/c weigh up the cost differences for your budget. Also take in to account the cost of going to Port Aventura for the day x9

When Thomas was smaller, we always opted for the Thomson Superfamily hotels.
Could you not try Turkey, a lot of the bigger hotels have small aqua parks attached and mini clubs open from 10am till 10pm.

You could have tried cattolica in italy, very nice family resort, with other resorts near by, riccione, and rimini

The itailians are so nice, and meals as half board, i think the kids would enjoy there meals

But unfortunately, thomson cooks/mytravel decided to take the resort of the holiday destinsations, which is a same, as it is very popular with uk holiday makers

I have not booked any where yet just waiting to see what people suggest and go from there

We have three girls, we tend to go all inclusive as it covers the endless supply of wants. Im sure its first choice that do holiday villages in places like turkey, eygpt spain etc. Ive not been to one personally but heard there good. We normally just look for ones with a kids clubs and kids evening entertainment, alot of the hotels now have waterslides.
As a personal choice we always go outside europe, just personal preference, find it bit more luxurious. Maybe find a definante destination, then look up the hotels.
