Going to Zante in July and need help with a phrase/sentence. I have a nut allergy (so do our kids) and when we went to Majorca last year one of the brits who owned a restaurant wrote me a sentence that explained that I was allergic to nuts/almonds etc. Was very useful when ordering meals etc especially if the meal 'may contain nuts'.

Any help would be most appraciated.
