I believe that the Emilisse art hotel at Fiskardo on Kefalonia has rooms with private pools 
Suites at the new Apollonia resort on Kefalonia have private plunge pools which lead into the main pool.

Am browsing around various forums at the moment, looking for ideas for next years holiday ....... but am really struggling, especially after being to Aruba this year (no comparison LOL!)
Have been looking at Egypt, Greek Islands, Kenya, and now Cyprus. Hubby and son want to go back to Aruba, but I struggled with the humidty when out there, although not ruling it out altogether yet. Are you going back next year?
