I had to change accomodation ( and location) in a recent holiday as it did not live up to my expectations. Nobody can say I do not research my holidays to death! Sometimes though we can all get it wrong. A site like ours is for people to share their views on their holidays without being criticised. If a situation arises that you feel may be getting out of hand inform a moderator or Admin via Personal Messaging . We will then attempt to deal with the situation
