Hi abby1954 ... the reviews site was down for much of the day yesterday for server upgrade work, and that appears to be the unfortunate and messy outcome. Reviews seem to be displayed at the moment in reverse or random date order, some may even be missing. Hopefully it is something which might be fixed before too long, as we appreciate that it is far from user friendly as it is. Which hotel did you submit a review for ?

Hi Abby,

Firstly apologies are in order. We made some server changes to increase the speeds on all HT sites and to introduce the new Media galleries.

Some reviews were posted between the time we copied the database and the time we moved to the new server. These were not copied over. For this, I apologise, however, I will be gaining access to the old server this week and will endeavour to move the missing reviews over as soon as possible...

With regard to the sort order, this is now rectified and was down to the new server software not parsing the old versions correctly. Why they don't just make it backwards compatible is beyond me, but there you go....Hope this makes your search easier.

More changes are on the way but these can be done offline until I am satisfied that the quality is perfect.
